| One positive thing to come out of the lengthy contract holdout by New York jets cornerback Darrelle Revis and subsequent left hamstring injury was the emergence of Antonio Cromartie Jersey as a shutdown corner. His performances in Revis' absence against the likes of Randy Moss (twice),NHL Jerseys, Brandon Marshall and Anquan Boldin opened the eyes of Jets coach Rex Ryan.
Now that Revis claims to be 100 percent again and that his hamstring problems are behind him, it was naturally assumed that he would return to his role of blanketing the opposing team's No 1 receiver. In this case on Sunday that would be Greg Jennings of the Green Bay Packers, but according to Manish Meta of the New York Daily News, we could see something similar to what was done against Minnesota when Antonio Cromartie Jersey covered Moss and Revis took slot receiver Percy Harvin, or the two might simply rotate throughout the game on Jennings. "I anticipate that," Antonio Cromartie Jersey told the Daily News. "We feel we have the best cornerback tandem in the league. Both of us are basically No. 1 corners." Revis is taking the humble approach to this new development, even though the crux of his holdout had to do with him wanting to be paid like the best cornerback in the entire NFL. He went to the Pro Bowl last year and his area of the field was dubbed "Revis Island" because of his ability to shut down his side of the field. "We're like a tag team," Revis said. "It doesn't matter who gets the job that week. I still have to do my job if I'm not on the No. 1 guy. If he's not, he still has to do his job. This is what we wanted. That's why we got Antonio Cromartie Jersey...to have two good corners that can play both sides and shut people down."
