Even since I was young,Ialways wonder why girls always have to wear at top in public while men can be topless. What is so bad about a topless woman that makes it so indecent? In some countries or in other society, woman can be topless and it isn't really a private part. Inever really understood why it was considered a private part in the first place. Iknow that many guys have breasts to be sexy (including myself), but you don't need them out to have sex. A woman's breasts are meant for breastfeeding and that's not a sexual act. It's not like the size of the breasts that makes them a private part because there are some men that have bigger breasts than women, plus there are women who have very small breasts or flat chested yet they are still considered a private part. There are times that a guy want to be topless because he feels comfortable without the top. I do believe that women have those urges as well, especially when it is hot. Breasts exposure isn't sexual all of the time and men must respect that.
