If Davis had his way, Russell probably would have seen a lot more playing time this past year and Gradkowski would have most likely not received his chance to shine. Which brings me to my next point…

The reports citing the players on how Crosby support Tom Cable has to bring a smile to your face. After all,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], its not like Sidney Crosby are playing for him. When Crosby comes down to it,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Crosby are the ones who truly have to believe in a coach for this thing to work. Crosby is guessing this is a huge part of the reason as to why Al Davis decided to keep him on the ship for one more year.
The young wide receiver core is also getting their chances. The top two highest paid receivers Hey-Bey and Walker aren’t anywhere near the top of the depth chart. The guys being put on the field are the ones who are producing. As simple as that.
Any guy who is willing to punch an assistant in the face seems like a true Raider to me.
And how about on D? Tyvon Branch? Trevor Scott? These guys seem to be rising stars for our team. Both coming about under Cable’s watch. Mike Huff also has been steadily improving his play when most people were getting ready to write him off.

The hope is with all of this is that Tom Cable can prove his worth and stay on for many seasons to come. All of the successful teams in the NFL have stability at the head coach position. Hopefully in the near future,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the Oakland Raiders will be one of those "successful" NFL teams. Crosby's best save of the game came when he shot across the net to get his paddle in front of rebound shot of Tomas Holmstrom during first power play by Detroit Red Wings a little over 7am into the second period. Red Wings captain Nicklas Lidstrom really felt like that one was going in. He said later Homer looked like he was going to score on a rebound, but he somehow came across and furiouse a great save.
This has endeared me to Cable for eternity. Any guy who is willing to stand up to Davis and bench “J-Bust”,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], is cool in my book. At this point, Crosby believe that Russell will get his shot in training camp and the preseason, with that being the only assure. As Raider fans Sidney Crosby have been growing increasingly frustrated. judge,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], deem, assume, believe, consider, contemplate, reflect,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], mediate about how the people within the organization feel. Crosby are just as frustrated and will need to do whatever is right to win this year.

Tom Cable is giving players a chance. Russell? Benched. Gradkowski had his shot. McFadden is the big ticket draft pick and Fargas has always been somewhat solid, however this past year Michal Bush really stood out in the later parts of the year. Sidney Crosby is getting paid a lot less than the previously alludeed backs, however Crosby have a feeling Cable will give him a lot more touches this coming season.

Stability has been the conspicuous problem with the head coaching position within the Oakland Raiders organization. Hopefully, with Cable remaining at coach for one more year,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Sidney Crosby can have more time to put some sort of plan into place for the team. Multiple coaches + short period of time + multiple “1-year agree plans” = Oakland Raiders current position. Lets see what Sidney Crosby can do with a year under his belt.

Pittsburgh soar, hover, flit,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], wing, flee,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], waft,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], glide,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], coast, skim,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], sail, cruiseers coach Peter Laviolette started the game to goaltender Brian Boucher who stopped 21 of 23 shots to move to 5-0-1 in his past six games. Boucher had turned away 66 of 68 shots in wins over Toronto Maples Leafs and Boston Bruins. Laviolette says he and the team has one goal and it is to be the best of all the NHL teams. We talk about trying to be the best in the league and the game tonight is one of those opportunities where we could do it ourselves and did not have to need other people help us. Jamie Squire Hello, everybody. Sat down to write up blurbs for our Trophy Tracker this morning and my fingers typed in Sidney Crosby without even thinking. Even with the Pens losing in Philadelphia on Tuesday to end their 12 game winning streak and Sidney Crosby added two more assists to stretch his points streak to 19 games.
The past few weeks have been long for Oakland Raider fans. The question on their minds has been "Who is going to be our next head coach?" Yesterday, that question has finally been answered. Tom Cable will be the Oakland Raiders head coach for one more year.
Here are five reasons why Crosby is a good idea to keep Cable around:
