一、认识害怕。你最害怕的是什么？你是否担心过自己的公司会破产？你有没有担心过自己永远都找不到生命中那个特殊的人，或者你会失去你爱的人？你有没有过被自己的担忧充斥了思想的感觉？在生活的哪些方面害怕失败的心理曾让你难以集中注意力而没能获得成功？祈祷，思考，然后倾听。让上帝告诉你你的担忧所在，接着思考怎样做以获得释然。

你的过去会影响你的现在的感知与理解。就好像透过放大镜，危险会显得比实际上大许多，这是因为你陷在过去的失败回忆中。去除这些不确定性和过去对你的影响，努力来削减它的力量。外伤，损失，以及痛苦的回忆都会对你对现实的看法产生影响，就算是一点小事都会使你在现实生活中做出一些失去理智的行为来。在你探索的道路上，害怕还会不成比例的增长，试着把它还原到原有的程度。
